Nordhafen Living & Office

Mix-used project designed by gmp Architekten is a part of the emerging modern urban quarter Europacity in an attractive location between the main railway station and historic Nordhafen harbour, near the government quarter in the Berlin-Mitte district. The development consists of an urban block with total gross floor area of almost 33,000 sqm. Over half will be residential, with 150 residences set aside for long-term rental. Office space will comprise another third, and the remaining areas will be earmarked for retail and gastronomy.
