Topping-out ceremony for Nordhafen Living & Office. An important milestone in Berlin.

A strong sign of progress, cooperation and quality:
With the topping-out ceremony for Nordhafen Living & Office, we have reached a key milestone in the realisation of our first project in Germany.
Together with all partners involved in the project, we are celebrating the successful completion of the shell construction in Berlin's Europacity. The building can now be experienced in its urban dimension for the first time. Right on the waterfront, in the heart of one of the most dynamic development areas in the city. Nordhafen Living & Office stands for mixed-use urban development with clear quality standards: around 33,000 m² of gross floor space, residential, office space as well as retail and gastronomy – supplemented by high sustainability, health and digital standards.
The topping-out ceremony marks the transition from the structural construction phase to the expansion of the façade, technology and interiors and brings us a decisive step closer to completion in spring 2027.
